We suggest you to review the procedure of warranty repair in case of equipment fault during the warranty period. This procedure is designed for your convenience in order to reduce the time of warranty repair, avoiding unnecessary transportation costs non-warranty equipment, more efficient and quality repairs, improve the feedback from manufacturers, which ultimately will lead to fewer defects in manufacturing.

For warranty repair of equipment purchasing in “EuroMobile” Ltd.  Is necessary to:

  1. To fill in the act of reclamation.
  2. To send filled reclamation act to fs@euroml.ru or fax  +7 (812) 331-75-76. If it is possible, please, provide us the photo of defective units with the act of reclamation.
  3. After confirming of the technical director  thepresence of warranty on the device, it should be sent to: 194214, Saint-Petersburg, pr. Engels, 71, of. 313, Russia
  4. The equipment comes in warranty repair after reception it by our staff. Typical repair period is up 7 to 21 days from the date of reception. Repair time-frame are clarified after primary inspection of device by our specialists. In case of necessity to send the device to the factory of foreign manufacturers, the general term of repair can increase significantly.
  5. After performing warranty work repaired equipment to the act of work performed will be sent to you at the address (delivery address previously agreed by e-mail).

We remind you that all equipment purchased from us we provide warranty period 1 year from the date of purchase. We provide warranty period 2 years from the date of purchase for GSM Terminals Novacom and GSM Terminal Cinterion MC52iT.
